Glebe is one of the closest suburbs to the University of Sydney, which is exactly why generations of students have lived here. From our door at 246 Glebe Point Road, the main campus is roughly a 20 minute walk through leafy streets and Victoria Park, or a few minutes by bus or bike. You can roll out of bed and still make a 9am lecture.
What makes INSULR different is the scale. This is not a tower with hundreds of rooms and a front desk. It is one boutique home for just eight students, looked after by a small, dedicated team. You get the location students want, without the corporate feel or the corporate price.
Every room at INSULR is all inclusive. One weekly figure covers furniture, electricity, gas, water, unlimited WiFi and weekly cleaning of the shared areas, with 24/7 secured access and security cameras on site. There are no separate bills to set up, split or chase.
| Twin share, per person | A$349 / week |

Compare that with the big purpose built towers near campus, which often start well above $500 per week before you have added anything, and the value of a boutique, all inclusive home becomes clear. See the full breakdown on our all bills included page, or browse the twin share and large rooms.
