- Book a viewing. See the room in person, or ask for a live virtual viewing over video if you are overseas or interstate. This is your chance to see the house and ask anything.
- Reserve your room. Happy with it? We will walk you through the agreement, the four week bond and the exact weekly figure, with no surprises, so you can lock in your room.
- Move in. Your room is furnished and every bill is already connected, so on move in day you simply unpack, log on to the WiFi and start living.

How much bond do I need to pay?
Every resident pays a four week bond. It is held safely and refunded at the end of your lease subject to the usual condition checks. The minimum lease is six months.
When should I start looking?
In a house this small, rooms move quickly, so it is worth enquiring as early as you can, ideally a couple of months before your move in date. We also keep a waitlist for when rooms free up.
