Yes. Three of our seven rooms have their own private bathroom, including the Balcony Room. It sits just outside the room rather than inside it, so it is not an ensuite, but nobody else uses it. The other rooms share a bathroom.
We are at 246 Glebe Point Road, Glebe NSW 2037. The University of Sydney is roughly a 20 minute walk or a quick ride by bus or bike, UTS is about 12 minutes by light rail, and the Glebe light rail stop and 246 Glebe Point Road cafés are right on your doorstep.
Yes. Every resident pays a four week bond, and the minimum lease is six months. Leases never end in December, so if you move in around June your lease runs through to January. Get in touch and we will walk you through the exact figures for your room.

We have two rooms available right now for Semester 1, 2027, including a twin share, so you can move in now or hold a room for the new semester. Our 2027 waitlist is also open for students planning ahead.
We handle it. If your twin share housemate leaves, we manage finding a replacement and your agreed rate stays the same. You are never left covering someone else's share.
