Some places say all inclusive, then hand you a power bill in winter. At INSULR, one weekly figure genuinely covers everything you need to live, so you always know exactly what next week costs.

A room in a regular Glebe share house can look cheaper on the advertised rent alone. Then the extras arrive: an electricity and gas account, an internet plan, water, and often a few thousand dollars of furniture before you have even slept there. Splitting and chasing those bills with housemates is its own part time job.
| Advertised rent | Looks lower |
|---|---|
| Electricity and gas | You pay extra |
| Internet | You pay extra |
| Water | You pay extra |
| Furniture | You buy it, often $2,000+ |
| At INSULR | All of the above included |
Once the hidden costs are added up, an all inclusive room from $349 per week usually wins, and it comes without the admin.
Beyond your first rent, the single up front amount is a four week bond, held safely and returned at the end of your lease subject to the usual condition checks. The minimum lease is six months, and leases never end in December, so a June move in runs through to January.
Your weekly rent covers your furnished room, electricity, gas, water, unlimited WiFi and weekly cleaning of the shared areas, plus 24/7 secured access and security cameras. There are no separate utility accounts to open and no bills to split.
No. The weekly rent is the weekly cost. The only other up front amount is a four week bond, which is refundable at the end of your lease subject to the usual condition checks.
No. Everything is already connected and running before you move in. You unpack, log on to the WiFi and start living, with nothing to arrange.
